A 2024 Weekend Retreat with Elisa S. Keeler

Friday June  21st at 5pm - Sunday June 23th at 11am 

Description: 

Join me for a weekend of self discovery, creative expression, connection,  joy, and liberation of your voice and spirit!

We’ll engage in: 

• Guided Meditations to center us and restore well-being. 
• Simple Songs with harmony layers, taught in a supportive environment. 
• Breath, Toning and Movement Practices to inspire creative expression. 
• Writing Exercises regarding the process of freeing one’s voice and any obstacles to personal liberation. 
• Discussion Topics which may include: The Courage to Free the Voice, Discovery of the Authentic Self, and Clearing Inner Obstacles. 
• An evening of Shared Songs, Poems and/or Artwork. 
• Free Time for resting or exploring the trails of the beautiful 236-acre land on which the center resides.

Cost includes the retreat program, two overnights in a single room and five delicious vegetarian meals:

A $75 deposit reserves your place. The balance is due by April 10th 2024. You'll receive a confirmation email once the deposit is received.

Early Bird Tuition: $450 by April 5th, 2024

Regular Tuition: $495 after April 5th, 2024

Double rooms with two beds (a single and full size) are available by request to those attending with a friend or family member. Each person will receive a 5% discount.

Safety Protocols: Health Screening Forms are required. If showing signs of illness, you must stay home.

Cancellation Policy: 

All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by the program leader. 

If you are unable to attend, you're welcome to find someone to fill your place and they can reimburse you.

If you are unable to attend due to last minute sickness or emergency, you can request a $100 credit toward another one of Elisa's offerings.
